The kinph Platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) years. kinph does not knowingly collect, use, or retain personal data from anyone under 21 years of age. Age verification is a mandatory step during Account registration and is enforced again before any withdrawal is processed.
If kinph discovers or has reason to believe that an Account has been registered by a person under 21 years of age, that Account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be reviewed, and the matter will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines on underage access. Any funds in such an Account will be returned to the identified payment source and will not be paid out as winnings.
